These terms apply to isefc.ae, your ISE account and the club's services: membership, the online shop, the academy, events, the Fan Zone and the WhatsApp service. The site is operated by ISE Football Club, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Keep access to them secure. One account per person; parents and guardians manage accounts and applications for children under 18.

Membership

Membership tiers, prices, benefits and validity are shown on the membership page at the time you join. Season memberships run from 1 July to 30 June. Club (association) membership needs approval by the Board before payment. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred. The club may cancel a membership for serious misconduct, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Shop

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Pre-order items ship when the batch arrives; we tell you the expected date. Returns and refunds are explained in our returns and refunds policy.

Academy

Academy fees are per term and payable in full or in instalments as shown when you enrol. A place is confirmed when the first payment is received. Training times can change; we inform guardians in advance. Refunds after the term has started are given only for medical reasons or if the club cancels the programme.

Events and tickets

Tickets and RSVPs are personal and may be checked at the gate. Capacity is limited; the club may refuse entry for safety reasons or misconduct.

Fan Zone

Falcon Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred and may expire at the end of a season. Rewards depend on availability. Cheating or using several accounts leads to points being removed.

Content and conduct

Do not post unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or content you do not have the rights to. Club names, crests, photos and texts are the property of ISE FC or its partners and may not be used commercially without written permission.

Liability

We take care that the site is accurate and available but cannot guarantee it at all times. Match data comes from public feeds and is checked by the club. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UAE law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Questions: info@isefc.ae.
