Changing your mind

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery or collection. Bring them to the club office or message us to arrange collection. We refund the item price to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Items we cannot take back

• Shirts personalised with a name or number, unless they are faulty or printed wrongly.
• Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
• Memberships that are already active, and event tickets after the event.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days. We replace it or refund it in full, including delivery, at your choice.

How to ask

Write to info@isefc.ae or message the club on WhatsApp with your order number (OR-…). We answer within two working days.
