This policy explains how ISE Football Club ("ISE FC", "the club", "we") collects and uses personal data on isefc.ae, in the ISE FC WhatsApp service and at club events. We follow the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Account: name, mobile number and/or email, language, country, date of birth.
- Membership, shop and academy: membership tier and card number, orders, delivery address, invoices, academy enrolment, attendance, coach reports and fees.
- Applications: what you send us for trials, the academy, jobs, volunteering, partnerships or media accreditation, including videos, documents and references.
- Children: for players under 18 we collect a parent or guardian's details and consent. Coach reports about a child are shared only with that guardian.
- Fan Zone and events: predictions, votes, quiz answers, points, event registrations and check-ins.
- Messages: messages you send us on the website, by email or on WhatsApp.
- Technical: session cookie, language cookie and privacy-friendly visit statistics without advertising trackers.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Why we use it
- To run your account, membership, orders, academy place, tickets and applications (performance of a contract).
- To send service messages such as receipts, reminders and match-day information, and news when you have opted in (consent). You can switch each topic and channel off in your account at any time.
- To keep accounting and tax records required by UAE law (legal obligation).
- To keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interest).
Artificial intelligence
Club staff use AI tools to draft texts, for example match reports, translations, application summaries and academy report wording. A person always reviews the result before it is used or published. AI is never used to score, rank or decide on children or applicants.
Who we share it with
Only with providers who process data for us under contract: our hosting provider (servers in the European Union), our DNS provider, our WhatsApp messaging provider, our payment provider when you pay online, and the AI provider used by staff tools. Some of these providers are outside the UAE; we use them only with appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPL. We also share data with the UAE Football Association or authorities when the law or competition rules require it.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account is open. Invoices and payment records for the period required by UAE tax law (at least five years). Unsuccessful applications for up to 24 months. Event and Fan Zone records for the current and the previous season.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. In your account you can download your data and ask for your account to be deleted. You can also write to info@isefc.ae. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Changes
We will post any change on this page and tell you in your account or by message when the change is important.
